What is the best way to store my LOVE nail polish? |
You best store it in a dry and cool place, never expose it to direct sunlight. |

How long does the LOVE color last on my nails? |
It all depends on the structure of your nails and your daily life. Since we really care about nail colors lasting at least 4 to 7 days, we recommend to always use a base and a top coat for long-lasting results of your favorite LOVE color. Up to when can I use my LOVE nail polish? |
In theory, a nail polish lasts forever. But it always depends on how often the color is used and thus opened up. The more air comes into contact with the nail polish, the sooner it will get thick and dry. Consequently, we recommend to use our nail polish within 30 months after opening it. Do not forget to close your nail polish properly and quickly after using it. |

Do my nails absorb the color of the nail polish and remain colored? |
Since this is the case with every nail polish, it is crucial to use a base coat before putting on your favorite color. This is the key of every manicure.

| Why does it look like the color pigments are not well mixed? Is this indicating bad quality? | Since the colour pigments can separate from the main body of the nail polish, this is a common effect. This is no indication for an old product, simply shake it and the colour will mix again perfectly. That is the reason why there is a little ball on the inside ;) |

Are your products cruelty free? |
YES! LOVE does not carry products that were tested on animals, and on top our nail products are vegan as well. |

Are there any toxins, mutagenic or carcinogenic substances in the LOVE nail polish? |
We can clearly say: no! Our ingredients are neither mutagenic, nor carcinogenic and there are also no toxins in our products. Yet, we do not recommend to eat or drink them :) |

What does “15-free” mean? |
Each LOVE nail polish is free of the following ingredients: Phthalates (incl. Dibutylphthalate (DBP), Diethylhexyl Phthalate (DEHP), Toluene (also Methylbenzene), Xylene, Camphor, Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resin, Ethyl Tosylamide, Styrene/Acrylates Copolymer, Triphenyl Phosphate, Colophoneum, Organic Halides (AOX), Parabens, Silicone, Fragrances, Animal Derived Ingredients. |

Where are the LOVE nail polishes produced? |
One of our main goals when founding LOVE Cosmetics, was to produce all our products in Germany. That is, why MADE IN GERMANY is at the core of our company. |

Yes, we offer international shipping, excluding Switzerland. |

How long does shipping take? |
The processing of your order takes up to 2 working days and will then be passed on to DHL. From this point on you can track your order and check online when it is going to arrive at your place. We do not have any influence on the delivery time after your order has left our company, but the estimated delivery time for destinations in the European Union is 1-4 days. Consequently, you can expect your order to arrive within 3-6 working days in total. International shipping takes usually longer. |
